Terms Of Sale
1. Bespoke Products – No Returns or Refunds
All products sold by Kabils Grillz are bespoke and made to order based on individual customer specifications. As such, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, unless the product is proven to be faulty due to an error on our part during production.
2. Mould Accuracy – Customer Responsibility
All bespoke items are crafted based on moulds submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the mould is accurate, complete, and taken correctly. If a mould is submitted that is distorted, misaligned, or otherwise inaccurate, no refund or replacement will be provided, as we can only produce the item based on what is submitted.
3. Fit Issues – No Liability for Incorrect Fit
If the final product, such as a grill, does not fit due to inaccuracies in the mould or changes in the customer’s teeth or structure after the mould was taken, no return, refund, or adjustment will be offered. We rely solely on the submitted mould to manufacture the grill, and any fit issues arising from incorrect moulds are outside of our control.
4. Mould Kits Available
To reduce the risk of issues, mould kits are available for purchase on our website. These kits come with instructions to help ensure the mould is taken correctly. We highly recommend using these kits for best results.
5. Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product is defective due to a manufacturing error (not related to the mould quality), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may request photographic evidence and reserve the right to assess whether the issue qualifies for a replacement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
